Declan Daly is a senior student and first year staff member at Horizon Echo. He spent his junior year as a designer for the 70th school year book under Encinal Horizon Yearbook. He is the class of 2026 and his intrigue in overall writing for a school lead collective has kept him here to stay. He enjoys playing video games, learning ancient history, a life long love for legos, and driving. He has involved himself in the school’s Drama Programs as Head of Props, as well as the track team in Spring.
