Jasmine Hechmi is a first year Echo staff member. She is class of 2028, and is similarly a first year Encinal Leadership staff member. She joined journalism because of her interest in expanding her horizons, and enhancing her skills in creative writing. She plans to hopefully transition over to Publications next year. She enjoys baking, reading and swimming. This year will be her second year on the JV Women’s swim team. She also loves the rain.
